Segmented Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Images of Gold Nano-particles. Containing:

• Experimental data – a zip file with experimental TEM images of gold nanoparticles growing under different conditions, courtesy of Professor Dr Lee Cronin (see related work);
• Synthetic data – zip file with synthetic images + the json for the settings used to generate this synthetic data in TEMPOS app;
• Segmented data – zip file with the experimental images segmented using a Detectron2 Model trained on the synthetic data, and csv with extracted particle information.
