Segmented Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Images of PolySpheres

Segmented Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Images of PolymerSpheres. Containing:

• Experimental data – a zip file with experimental TEM images of polymer spheres: latex spheres and silica, laying on ultra-thin lacey or holey carbon;
• Synthetic data – zip file with synthetic images generated by TEMPOS software + the json for the settings used to generate this synthetic data;
• Segmented data – zip file with the experimental images segmented using a Detectron2 Model trained on the synthetic data, and csv with extracted particle information.
