Description

Segmented Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Images of Cobalt Nanocrystals. Containing:

  • Experimental data – a zip file with experimental TEM images of cobalt nanocrystals cropped into 512x512 patches, courtesy of Professor Dr Mary Scott (see related work);
  • Synthetic data – zip file with synthetic images generated by TEMPOS software + the json for the settings used to generate this synthetic data;
  • Segmented data – zip file with the experimental images segmented using a Detectron2 Model trained on the synthetic data, and csv with extracted particle information.
